Both studios
Master Office
The team office for both studios — the structure the work already runs on, made visible. This page is the map, not a live feed: it shows who sits where and what has been decided, never invented activity.

19 Reports (2 parked)
Chief of Staff — Nate Weierbach, Founder. Final approver only — not the day-to-day operator. Nothing public, client-facing, or paid goes out without his exact yes. He can bypass anyone and talk to anyone in the office.
Master Brain — Central Intelligence (AI Nate Dogg). Holds the memory for both studios, both studios' goals and launch records, the full pricing catalogs, the brand rules (indigo + coral steps, full logo lockup only), and the approval rules. Department Leads talk to the Master Brain directly — for context, to check a rule, to cross-check another department, and to escalate a decision. Reports never do: they report only to their Lead, who QA-checks, filters the noise, and escalates only what matters. Escalations arrive in three lines: What / Checked / Decision needed.
Roster
Departments, Leads & reports
Reports take work from their Lead and return work to their Lead — they never query the Master Brain and never contact the Chief or a client directly. Parked seats are shown dimmed: they exist on the map and do no work until the Chief unparks them.
D1 · Platform & Engineering
Lead: Platform & Engineering LeadReady to Activate
Home: the Master Office today — its own Lead office activates on launch.
Keep every system both studios run on alive, verified, and safe to change — portals, dashboards, workers, and the MCP surface.
- Deploy Runners Automation — Ship Worker / Pages builds and verify the deployed bundle matches before anyone calls it live.
- Verification Agents Report — Click through live actions after every deploy; a build is not live until they prove it.
- cf_ro.py Reporting Automation — Read-only Cloudflare reporting (D1 / analytics) through the stored least-privilege token. Reads only — never writes.
D2 · Next Role Studio
Lead: Next Role — Search & Client Ops LeadActive
Home: the Next Role Studio chat.
Run the flagship managed search service end to end — sourcing, scoring, and applications — so clients get a managed search that costs the Chief near-zero minutes per week. Owns Managed Search by salary band ($99–$549/mo), Executive handling ($749/mo), Search Sprint, Resume Builder ($49), and fit scoring with band caps.
- Search Sweeps Automation — Standing sweeps across the approved sources; verify postings live, score against criteria, dedupe against the seen list.
- Application Agents Report — Prepare and submit applications under the hard filters — no contract, no relocation, no sub-20-person startups, $100K floor.
- Resume Agents Report — Run Resume Builder work and tailored resumes using only confirmed claims.
D3 · Next Site Studio
Lead: Next Site — Web & Logo Delivery LeadActive
Home: the Next Site Studio chat.
Deliver local-business websites and logos through the 6-stage pipeline — Sign up, Preview, Designer review, Studio approval, Client review, Live — fast, hands-off, and never live without the client's yes.
- Hourly Logo Runner Automation — Designs 3 SVG logo options per round and finishes the winner. Oversight only — the Chief can take over any request manually.
- Site-Build Agents Report — Build client sites through the pipeline stages; promo work always shows a demo company, never Next Site's own site.
D4 · Content & Social
Lead: Creative, Content & Social LeadActive
Home: the Videos — All Promos chat (Lead office) and the Social Updated chat (social desk).
Produce every video, post, and article for both studios — on cadence, on brand, and never published without the Chief's approval.
- Video Builders Report — Build promo videos and Reels. Voiceover + B-roll is the format — never dub generated talking footage.
- Blog Draft Cron Automation — Drafts Mon + Thu blog posts into the approval queue. Nothing publishes without approval.
- Social Queue Automation — Holds the weekday Reel queue behind the 7:15am approve-or-hold check; posts ~8:15am only on a yes.
D5 · Growth, Sales & Partnerships
Lead: Growth, Sales & Partnerships LeadReady to Activate
Home: the Master Office today (the Future Ventures desk sits in the Recruiting chat) — its own Lead office activates on launch.
Fill both studios' pipelines — Central PA outreach and B2B outplacement today; the Future Ventures desk when the Chief promotes it.
- Outreach Research Agents Report — Research Central PA prospects for Next Site and outplacement targets for Next Role.
- Lead List Builders Report — Build and dedupe prospect lists for the Lead to work. Nothing sends without approval.
- Future Ventures Desk — Recruiter ReportParked — Employer-side product: the information site is live, the product is not built or launched. Nothing sends or signs anyone up.
- Future Ventures Desk — App Edition ReportParked — The app channel for the flagship — in development, with no launch step until the Chief says so.
D6 · Client Success & Support
Lead: Client Success & Support LeadReady to Activate
Home: the dashboards' Needs Attention queues and the Master Office today — its own Lead office activates on launch.
Keep every client of both studios informed and unblocked — honest status updates and self-serve answers, so support never becomes a manual job for the Chief.
- Support Triage Agents Report — Sort tickets and Needs Attention items; answer what is answerable in-portal, escalate the rest to the Lead.
- Status-Update Agents Report — Draft client status updates — including no-change updates with honest wording — for Lead QA before anything sends.
D7 · Finance, Data, Legal & Ops
Lead: Finance, Data, Legal & Ops LeadActive
Home: the Reporting chat (reporting desk) — a standalone office activates on launch.
Own the money, the numbers, and the entity — Stripe, reporting, and the LLC — so both studios run on one clean business base.
- Reporting Cron Automation — Launch reporting multiple times a day — logins, viewers, starts, resume runs — through read-only sources.
- Stripe & Cloudflare Read Agents Report — Read-only Stripe and Cloudflare checks. The stored reporting credential cannot write by design.
Launch decisions
The Chief's five calls
Four approved, one still waiting. The waiting one — Decision 4 — is the count on the Master Office menu entry.
Decision 1 — Adopt the 7-department structure as-isApproved
Seven departments with the Master Brain access rule (Leads yes, Reports no). This decision was required for launch.
Decision 2 — Leads are hats in scoped chats today — not headcountApproved
Each Lead is a role worn inside a scoped chat, not a hire. Human contractors pair with a Lead only in Phase 3.
Decision 3 — Move nextsite.studio DNS into Cloudflare for Bot Fight ModeApproved
nextsite.studio has no Cloudflare zone today — its DNS sits at Porkbun. Moving it turns on Bot Fight Mode and unifies both studios on one platform.
Decision 4 — Phase 1 fix order: checkout → logo runner → portal → EIN → dashboardPending
The priority order for Phase 1 (Prove Revenue): 1) paid checkout proof, 2) logo runner sleep-proof fix, 3) portal.nextsite.studio build, 4) the EIN chain, 5) dashboard billing verification. This is the one approval still waiting — it is the badge on the Master Office menu entry.
Decision 5 — Activate new Lead chats on launchApproved
On launch, stand up the Lead offices that don't exist yet — D1 Platform, D5 Growth, D6 Client Success, and D7 Finance / Ops standalone.
